Getting Started AEKU disposable range explained (IQOS III)

AEKU disposable range advice for Philippines, covering getting started, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.

There is no single best aeku disposable range for everyone in Philippines, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. The build quality on Wismec Reuleaux is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry.

Most Philippines buyers start with a well-known brand name and then discover that fit and coil availability matter far more. Pricing in Philippines shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current PHP rates rather than a fixed list price.

What surprised us most was how little the 1.5 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 70:30 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Rose Quartz finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.

Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 53 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. For cloud chasers, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 70:30 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.

The 6.5 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 642 full puffs from a charge at 12 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Delivery across Philippines is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window.

Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help. Specifications

These are the figures that matter day to day, and the ones worth comparing across models.

Flavour and performance notes

A representative profile is Pineapple Ice Cream: creamy, sweet, described as dairy-style pineapple dessert. On a 70:30 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.5 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.

Practical considerations in Philippines

Availability in Philippines is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.5 Ω regular and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and PHP rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.

Take the time to get it right the first time; the difference shows up over months of use rather than days.
