AEKU disposable range reviews: tested in Philippines (1.2 ohm mesh) (v2)
AEKU disposable range advice for Philippines, covering accessories, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Most Philippines buyers start with a well-known brand name and then discover that fit and coil availability matter far more. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.2 Ω dual mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
Search results for aeku disposable range in Philippines are crowded, which is why this page focuses on what actually changes the experience. Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.2 Ω dual mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense.
Battery behaviour is where the AEKU Slim earns its keep: the 5000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 150 and recharges over Type-C fast charge. We would pair the AEKU Slim with a 60:40 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.2 Ω dual mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 0.2 Ω dual mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 60:40 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Midnight Black finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.
Vapour production is more than adequate at 150, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help.
The 2.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 1015 full puffs from a charge at 20 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Delivery across Philippines is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window.
If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 60:40 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly. Pricing in Philippines shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current PHP rates rather than a fixed list price.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Cherry Lime Soda: sweet, tart, described as red cherry with a lime lift. On a 60:40 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.2 Ω dual mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Philippines
Availability in Philippines is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.2 Ω dual mesh and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and PHP rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
If any of the above addresses what you were trying to solve, the rest of the pages in this section cover it in more detail.
